The Utrecht-based company Learned, founded in 2018, develops software for performance management, employee development, and compensation policy. The platform helps organizations consolidate performance reviews, development goals, and salary decisions into a single system. An important new product is Learned Compensation, aimed at transparent and data-driven salary decisions. With this, the company is responding to European regulations regarding wage transparency.
