Restaurant software startup Sous raises €4 million

SOUS is developing an AI platform that helps independent restaurants increase their digital visibility, boost direct sales, and manage customer relationships across multiple channels. The investment will be used to expand the team, further develop the AI functionality, and accelerate international expansion, starting in Germany.
