Avedon Capital Partners invest in WCC Group

Avedon Capital Partners has acquired a majority shareholding in WCC Group. WCC develops software solutions to the Employment and the Identity Market. The investment will be used for further global expansion into new markets and also to further build on strong relationships with their current clients.
Avedon Capital Partners is a growth investor based in Amsterdam and Düsseldorf, with a fund under management of approximately EURO 500M. Avedon Capital Partners focuses on four sectors: software technology, business services, industrial engineering and consumer & leisure.
